Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We've done everything in our power to offer you the finest products, but if you still don't like a Photosolve product, or it doesn't work for you for any reason, you can return it to us within fifteen days for a full refund, "no questions asked." (See details below under "Photosolve products are returnable.")

We back our products with a comprehensive warranty. All products purchased from Photosolve carry a full 90 day warranty and are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects for that period. This warranty applies to products that are used in applications for which they were intended. Items that have been misused or abused will not be repaired or replaced. Should any product become defective during the warranty period, it should be returned (postage paid) to Photosolve, and it will be either repaired or replaced Photosolve's discretion. Repair services are available. Items out of warranty will be repaired or replaced at a nominal charge.

Photosolve products are returnable. Any item purchased from Photosolve that is in its original condition and packaging is returnable within 15 days for any reason. Damaged items will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you. You will receive a complete refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping charge and any fees charged by either Paypal or the Credit Card companies (typically 2-3% of the purchase price). To return an item, you do not need to get a Return Authorization. Simply package up the item or items you wish to return, enclose a copy of the original invoice with a note indicating that you are returning the items, and send the items to the address shown above. We'd appreciate a note indicating why you're returning the item(s) so that we can possibly address your concern in updates/upgrades/future products, however, if you'd prefer not to comment, we understand.

Ordering. Generally, orders received Monday through Friday (non-US HOLIDAYS) before 10:00 A.M. CENTRAL TIME, will ship the same day, assuming that the product is in stock. Orders received Monday through Thursday AFTER 10:00 AM will ship next business day. Orders received after 10:00 AM on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

We use the US Postal Servicefor all shipments. This gives you several choices in both cost and performance. Delivery within the US can be from one to seven days, and outside of the US, delivery can take from 4 days to several weeks depending on the service level that you select.
